Description
Zinc minimized spangle usually refers to the appearance of the grain formed after the hot galvanized sheet is pulled out of the zinc pan and the zinc layer is cooled and solidified. The size, brightness and surface morphology of zinc flowers depend on a series of factors, but are mainly related to the composition of zinc layer and cooling method. The principle of producing zinc flowers is to try to reduce the solidification temperature of zinc liquid.
Application
Galvanized sheet is used in electrical products: refrigerator, automatic washing machine, high voltage switch cabinet, air conditioning, microwave oven heating, bread machine, printer, automatic vending machine, fan, vacuum cleaner, etc. Galvanized sheet is used in the home improvement industry: lamp cover, wardrobe, table, bookcase, bank counter, billboard, medical equipment and so on. Galvanized sheet is used in the transport manufacturing industry: car ceiling, car shell, car box board, large tractor, electric vehicle, Marine container, highway yard wall, cargo ship bulkhead, etc.
