1. After the materials are transported to the site, they should be stacked according to specifications and installation locations. Square wood should be placed underneath to prevent rain erosion. The stacking height should not be too high to prevent deformation caused by overweight.
2. In order to meet the requirements of the overall construction schedule, the laying of pattern plates is closely connected with the installation of the steel structure. After the anti-corrosion work of the steel beams has been carried out to a certain stage, the pattern steel plates can be laid. The laying sequence is the same as the installation sequence of the steel beams. Group A is installed from 120 to 101 axes, and Group B is installed from 121 to 138 axes.
3. First weld the lifting lugs on the ground on the pattern plate, and use flame to cut the holes for welding seams at the positions of the secondary beams and frame beams. The size of the holes is 6mmx12mm, and the interval does not exceed 0.5m. All cut holes need to be polished and smoothed, and then hoisted to the platform by a crane. The installers on the installation platform borrow construction tools such as crowbars and jacks to place the patterned steel plates in place. After the placement is completed, keep the laying smooth and match it with the subsequent installation. After the beams and frame beams are tightly attached and firm, the steel plates are first fixed by spot welding. In this way, the laying of patterned steel plates in other parts is carried out until completion. The welding method uses open-hole plugs to weld to the secondary beams or frame beams, and try to maintain a continuous pattern connection at the connection of the pattern plates.
